About the Peltier effect and Thomson effect in thermoelectric generator

I am working on the thermoelectric generator simulation, hoping to figure out the Thomson heat and peltier heat in the thermoelectric leg. The thermoelectric heat flux is calulated by accroding to the expression in SOMSOL. I am wondering how what this expression means? Does is the peltier heat flux, or the Thomson heat flux along the leg? Thanks for
