Problem in creating mesh

There are some mesh problem when try to mesh analysis of this large geometry, saying "failed to generate mesh for domain". I tried with "Ignore edges". But the problem still exists. How to solve the problem?

You have lots of geometric entities that are tangential to or intersecting others. I would suggest using a much finer mesh for your "contained" domains (such as the nerves) as these will then be respected when the enclosing domains are meshed. Create your mesh sequence (making sure it IS a logical sequence) for each desired domain.

Also, be careful of geometric intersections that may create very thin (sliver) geometries.

I would also suggest you could use at least 2 planes of symmetry to simplify your simulation, (and hence simplify your mesh).
