Normal and tangential boundary conditions in General PDE

Hi everybody,

I am using General form of PDE. I have confusion in applying Neumann Boundary condition in 2D.

Consider a rectangle with Dirichlet BC (u1, u2, u3 and u4) on 4 edges. I want to apply normal and tangential derivative boundary condition on each of the 4 edges. How to apply these Neumann BC's?
Please share your expertise.
