How to fix the concentration?

Hi, I'm a beginner for COMSOL. In my model, I use transport of diluted species physic and I encounter a problem. I want to fix the concentration to simulate my model, but I can't find a phsics node which can fix the concetration. Does anyone knows how to do that? Attached is my mph file. I'm very appreciate for your help.
