convergence problem

greetings I am modeling manually graphed coil for induction heating. everythings look fine but when i compute the solution it keeps calculating without converging. the error shoots to e28 and still there. this case happens when the geometry scale in mm and cm. it converged if the scale in meters

Often when problems with coils do not converge the solution is to add a small conductivity to the air domain.

Doesn't explain the effect of geometry scale so I guess I would fall back and say "post the model" to get any useful advice.

thank you it worked
