2D domain backed interior ports don't work

Has anyone been able to get domain backed interior ports working in 2D? I have found that whenever I use domain backed ports in 2D, the fields are all set to 0. I've tried changing the boundary conditions, etc. with no luck. A dummy model is attached as any example.
