Electric Impedance Sensor Model in COMSOL 4.0

I can't seem to get the electric impedance sensor model to compute in 4.0. It comes up with the error: Feature: Stationary 1 Error: Singular Matrix

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I'm pretty sure I have not altered any of the model's parameters, I'm simply hitting compute and looking for a solution?
