The results turned to be different when a period structure modeled in different structure

I built a period strucutre in one-period and five-period respectively. All setting are exactly same.
Both two models have a periodic boundry condition, fot the point evaluation, the simulation results should be the same but the acutally not, hope you could help me?! thanks.
