Sequencing

I am trying to run simulations on a 3D model but it is not allowing me to generate a sequence. I am wondering if what the reasons for this error might be. Also, I was wondering if there is anyway to make a sequence simulate faster. I have been looking also at a slightly different version of the same model and I was able to generate a new sequence but it computes at a snail pace (days). Is it possible that my computer just does not have the capacity for this model.
The model is a biosensor I am working on with Dr. Kwon at Andrews University.
