A Digital Twin is a virtual copy of a device or system based on physical models and measured data. For example, it could be a vehicle, electric devices, medical equipment, or even a building. Digital Twins can be used to improve design, product development, manufacturing and operations by predicting performance and life time based on simulation models and real data.
