Particle immobilization on micro-channel walls

I´m trying to model an immunoassay-like fluidics, where analytes in the fluid are intended to attach to capture-molecules laid on the channel walls. To do so, I´m designing several geometries to produce fluid currents and advections to increase the likelihood of analytes reaching the inner channel surfaces increases, although the fluid flow is on laminar regime.
At COMSOL I tried the Fluid Flow and Particle Tracing physics. First I simulated the Fluid Flow physics to have the velocity and pressure profiles. Then I ran the Particle Tracing simulation, by setting "stick" in the particle-wall interaction. Nevertheless, I still consider my results are not conclusive.
I would like to know if some further considerations should be accounted when this kind of phenomena is being modeled by using COMSOL.
