comsol 3.5a generated movie stuck on the first frame

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to generate a movie using COMSOL 3.5a and cannot get it to work. When I start the animation process I get two windows -- one is stuck on the first frame, and another that actually shows correctly the movie being generated. When the process ends however, the properly behaving windows closes and I am left with the one with that shows only the first frame. I am doing all that on a Windows 7 computer.

Any advice will be appreciated.
