Error: 4100 Failed to generate mesh for subdomain

I use version 3.3 and am trying to analyze the electric field around a transmission tower, but when I try to involve the tower in one cylinder (representing air) as the tutorial shows the following error appears:

Error: 4100
Failed to generate mesh for subdomain.
- Subdomain: 1
Failed to respect boundary element edge on the face geometry.
- Face: 348
- X coordinate: -4.98233
- Y coordinate: 0.00233211
- Z coordinate: 23.6876
Internal error in boundary respecting
