Non-propagating Gaussian beam

Dear All,

I am attempting to simply model the propagation of a Gaussian beam pulse through a media (no reflections or lossy material, etc. yet). The model solves, but it just shows a very small E-field that is non-propagating. Any suggestions on how to get the pulse to either propagate or at lest be of a reasonable magnitude would be of great help.
