modeling help

Dear COMSOL users,

I am trying to simulate the extrusion of the particles through blood vessels in 2D. I am not sure which mode I should select. I tried with fluid structure interaction mode under structural mechanics , but that is not working for me.If anybody has any experience with that, I would really appreciate any suggestions.
