There is a very interesting PDE. Can any one help to solve it using COMSOL?

In the attached file, the equation is shown there. It is in a nonlinear form. We need the numerical solution to finish our class project, so solving this equation is very important for us. Could anyone figure out how to solve it using COMSOL? We appreciate your help greatly.

Perhaps you could use "Coefficient Form PDE", with the dependent variable w, and set:
c = 1,
f = (wxx*wx^2+wyy*wy^2+wxy*wx*wy)/((1-sqrt(wx^2+wy^2))*(sqrt(wx^2+wy^2)))
and the rest of coefficients to 0. remember that in COMSOL wx means the partial derivative of w with respect to x, etc. (see "The Differentiation Operators" in COMSOL's help).
