2D Flow past moving cylinder

I'm trying to develop a 2D model inspired from a model library (Flow past stationary circular cylinder). I want to define the displacement of the cylinder in y-axis with sinusoidal force (sin(2*pi*freq*t)). I managed to make the cylinder moved with the flow but how can we restrain the cylinder in x-axis while allowing to move in y-axis only.
thanks,
Rahman
