You appear to have placed conducting boundaries around ALL the edges of your lumped ports. That is not the right way. You are shorting out the ports -- look at your settings under Perfect Electric Conductor 1 and Perfect Electric Conductor 2. The electric field in each rectangular port should travel perpendicularly from one conducting edge of a port to the opposite, parallel edge of the port. It should not travel along a conducting edge, since that would short out the port.
