The symmetry precision problem

Recently I'm using Comsol for BEM of static electric field. I found when the geometry is symmetric, there will always be a ~0.0001V asymmetry of the calculation results when the voltage of a specific electrode is set 1V. It remains even if I set the physical field as a symmetric one, and I also tried to reduce relative tolerance from 1e-3 to 1e-4, and it failed to fix that as well. Is this inherent to Comsol? I'll appreciate it if someone could help me with that.
