How to improve the calculation speed (convergence is very slow) for complex electromagnetic field models in COMSOL?

There are also many helpful changes you can make by adjusting your geometry, mesh, element discretization, and solver settings. Experiment with them! Use symmetry when possible, to create half-size or quarter-size (or leverage other symmetries) models. Simplify your geometries and meshes. Learn about the different solvers and their settings and how these trade-off in terms of the memory required, the speed, the stability, and the accuracy.
