The construction and materials of geometric layers

How can layers be generated in the geometric construction of irregular three-dimensional structures, and how can materials be added more conveniently to different layers

Not sure if this is what you need, but have you tried the "thicken" operation? https://doc.comsol.com/6.4/doc/com.comsol.help.design/design_ug_function.5.48.html Then add/assign material properties as you would to any 3D domain.
