RF Magnetron sputtering solving errors

Facing the following errors while solving, I need help with this.

Failed to find a solution. Singular matrix. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

Hello Vaka,

This error message is not specific to one cause. I recommend you include specific details about what you are trying to model, and the model itself (stripped of the mesh and solution if needed to make the file smaller), otherwise I am doubtful you will receive useful feedback in this Discussion Forum.
