Hyperelastic Seal is not working

Good day,
I'm new to Comsol and so before modeling my own hyperelastic material, I wanted to play a little bit with the Hyperelastic Seal which is in the library models.
Just opening and running the computation a get an error. It says "Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian". That's a critical part in the solution, and I do not know where to put my hands on.
Moreover, creating a very simple 2D hyperelastic model, like a square with fixed bottom side and free Neumann BC on the other sides, so that nothing should happen, is not working.
Help, please.

With COMSOL 3.5a everything is working, but not with the version 4.
