hygro swelling

hello everyone.
i'm a newbie on comsol.
just would like to ask if anyone knows where i could find physics on the hygro swelling component of COMSOL.
i have tried already to run thermo induced stress simulation but to no avail.
i appreciate much of your help.

Since version 5.1, hygroscopic swelling has been available right out of the box in the Structural Mechanics Module and in the MEMS Module.
