Heat transfer mesh problem

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am trying to model heat transfer in a cuboid boiled in water and I have problems doing a 3D model in terms of mesh.
I tried to solve my model but it says 'no degrees of freedom to solve for', could anyone please help?

Hi

culd it be that you have meshed the boundaries (surfaces) but not the main body ((sub-)Domain or volume ?)

triangular or quad mesh are for surfaces (3D Boundaries), brick or thethaedral for volumes (3D (sub-)domains),

Good luck
