Obtain Stiffness Matrix without Livelink for MATLAB

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello there,

I was wondering if there is a way to obtain the stiffness matrix of the object I just simulated without using Livelink for MATLAB. My guess is that the information is stored in the model somewhere (otherwise where does MATLAB get it from?), so it should be possible to find it somewhere. Does anybody know how to do this? I use COMSOL 6.1

Regards, Sam

Hi Sam!

You can get the stiffness matrix and other assembled matrices and vectors for further work in Java® with Assemble node. Look here for further details: https://doc.comsol.com/6.1/docserver/#!/com.comsol.help.comsol/comsol_ref_solver.35.208.html
