Error in the export process

When I use matlab code to export the image, I encounter this question: Error using customized_param_model_simulation Java exception occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException at com.comsol.clientapi.engine.APIEngine.runMethod(SourceFile:262) at com.comsol.clientapi.engine.APIEngine.runMethod(SourceFile:244) at com.comsol.clientapi.impl.ExportFeatureClient.run(SourceFile:72) I don't know how to fix it.
