Licensing Assistant

COMSOL is seeking a Licensing Assistant to join its team in Burlington, MA. As part of our team, you will support the Licensing group within the Sales Department, while working closely with our Sales Representatives to assist and maintain everyday operations of the local office. This is an in-office position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with our internal database to enter and categorize data
• Assist with reviewing and producing various licensing documents
• Facilitate group recordkeeping
• Learn and assist order processing
• Communicate with the COMSOL Sales team, users of the software, and purchasing departments regarding orders and outstanding requests
• Back up Licensing & Contracts Associates and other team members
• Fulfill various other tasks provided by other team members as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, both independently and as a member of a team
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask
• Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position.
