COMSOL is seeking a Licensing and Contracts Associate to join its team in Burlington, MA. As part of our team you will work closely with Sales Representatives to assist and maintain everyday operations of the local office through helping extensively in questions about licensing, communicating directly with procurement officers and licensing coordinators, and negotiating terms and conditions for purchasing and licensing. COMSOL is a rapidly growing, diverse company; as such, you will be assigned a broad range of responsibilities fostering personal and professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with reviewing and processing orders
• Work with our internal database to enter and categorize data
• Organize and maintain hard copy documentation
• Assist with review of contracts, including governmental regulations
• Interact with customers and prospective users via phone and email to follow up on requests
• Communicate with the COMSOL Sales team, users of the software, and purchasing departments regarding orders and/or the software
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business or legal discipline
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment, both independently and as a member of a team
• Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask
• Current eligibility to work in the U.S. No sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position.
