Job Description
As a part of a sales team, Inside Sales Assistant will support sales function by working in conjunction with sales representatives on territories strategy and executing sales activities such as cold calling, leads generation, subscription etc.
The activity of the candidate requires making effective communication through phone/email as per the team’s requirements and initiate to balance a range of responsibilities and close the sale. One shall provide value added activities that support day-to-day as well as strategic objectives of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Grow customer relationships with effective communication
through call/email.
• Respond promptly and proactively to sales leads to
support the sales team to qualify incoming leads
thoroughly.
• Work with our internal database to enter and categorize
data.
• Communicate with the COMSOL Sales team, users of
the software, and purchasing departments regarding
orders and/or the software.
• Sell products or services typically use a two-pronged
approach to generating sales and revenues.
• Respond to inbound sales related inquiries.
• Support prospecting initiatives and campaigns for
territories assigned to support.
• Manage the sales process flow for all prospects and
customers in close cooperation with Sales
representative.
• Responsible for executing sales procedures & responding
to the Bank guarantees and following up with Bank
and customer ensuring the approval and timely
follow up.
• Administer & address customer requests promptly towards
licensing, installations, bank guarantees etc.
• Order-processing, quotations, entering purchase orders for
vendor and supporting field sales.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Should have strong communication skills verbal and
written, organization multitasking, and time management
skills.
• Excellent solution-selling, negotiating and closing skills.
• Willing to make outbound calls to existing and potential
new customers.
• Strong listening, probing and phone skills.
• Prospecting.
• Ability to work in a team sales environment with minimum
supervision.
• Strong organization/prioritization skills; proven ability
to consistently meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with software licensing and policies and
generating customer quotations is desired.
• Prefer telemarketing with outbound calling experience.
• Self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed & grow.
