Getting Zero Diagonal Error

Hi All,

I am trying to obtain lumped parameters(Capacitance matrix) for two cylindrical vias in a chip.

its a very elementary model.

i am getting zero diagonal error when i try to solve the problem (attached is the model).

any help/guidance in this regard would be very helpful,
