Modelling a Piezoresistive pressure sensor in COMSOL

Hello,
As a part of my project I am supposed to design a MEMS based Piezoresisitve pressure sensor using COMSOL. Are there any models in COMSOL using which I can work. Any help is highly appreciated :)
