ZnO/金刚石结构单端谐振器电极反射研究

氮化铝钪/金刚石声表面波传播特性研究

随着电子通信的不断发展和普及,对声表面波器件(SAW)的性能要求也逐渐提升。在器件不断变小,工作环境的不断恶劣的情况下,声表面波器件也需要更高的频率、更好的稳定性能以及更大的带宽等新的提升。对于传统的氮化铝/金刚石结构来说已经无法满足更高频率,更大带宽的要求,所以本文为了能设计具有更高的相速度和机电耦合系数的声表面波器件,使用comsol 有限元仿真中的MEMS模块,对掺钪的氮化铝薄膜进行了研究,通过实验证明氮化铝钪作为压电材料时能具有更好的特性。通过研究在四种激励模式下氮化铝/金刚石结构与氮化铝钪/金刚石结构随着压电材料厚度的变化 ... Read More

基于非共面叉指电极的MEMS电容式压力传感器

针对MEMS电容式压力传感器的非线性和空腔引线问题,提出一种非共面叉指电极结构,叉指电极重叠面积变化反映电容变化,从而改善了传感器的线性度。此外,腔外设计的叉指电极还避免了复杂的制造工艺。 本案例第一个研究模拟了不同施加压力对MEMS电容式压力传感器输出特性的影响;第二个研究模拟了环境温度对MEMS电容式压力传感器输出特性、电场分布以及热应力和变形的影响。第三个研究模拟了加速度对MEMS电容式压力传感器输出特性、电场分布以及机械应力和变形的影响。模型同时使用了“AC/DC模块”的“静电”接口以及“结构力学模块”的“固体力学”和“膜”接口。 ... Read More

植入电极阵列的人体耳蜗模型仿真

对于神经性听力缺陷患者而言,人工耳蜗是目前主要的恢复手段。人工耳蜗通过植入体内的电极阵列产生电流,直接刺激耳蜗的螺旋神经节细胞,引起听觉系统响应。因此,研究植入耳蜗内电极阵列产生的电势分布特点具有重要意义。基于电势分布情况,可以对电极阵列的结构、尺寸、激励方式等进行优化,以提高人工耳蜗的性能。研究中使用的耳蜗以及电极阵列仿真模型为经过其他三维建模软件得到的STL文件导入COMSOL中生成。为了研究耳蜗内电势分布,选择了“电流(ec)”物理场接口,对模型边界设置了电势条件,对部分电极设置了激励电流条件。仿真模型的材料使用了库材料和自定义材料 ... Read More
