Error when start solving

Hi,
I am working on a 2-D but with three different domains. There are mass transport happening at the interface of each domain. WHen I try to solve the model, I got the following error message:

Error: 6035
Syntax error in low-level element syntax representation
- Name: elcplextr
Fatal error during assembly or evaluation


Can some one give me some explanation and guide me how to do in the next step.
