capacitor discharge in inductor model?

Hello,
I have built a model for a flat spiral inductor and I want to connect it to a charged capacitor and observe the currents and forces my modeled inductor. i have tried applying simply a sinusoidal current to my inductor, but this is insufficient because i have to guess about the frequency of the pulse and current values.
