Parallel plate capacitance

Can anybody please explain how to compute parallel plate capacitance in 3D?
I can get value of C11_emes from sub domain integration in F-m^3 for subdomain 1 (PLATE 1) and same value for subdomain 2 (PLATE2). If i compute same for subdomain 1 and 2 it simply adds up. The parallel plate capacitor is C11 or C12? for C12 it gives an error.

pls explain.
