for animations you need to have a parametric sweep or a transient analysis, it's true that COMSOL does not animate one particular eigenmodes (SUGGESTION FOR COMSOL HERE ;)
But they do make an animation of all your modes as a film.
For that you need to hit the small Film icon or in the "Report" node, right click and add an animation
If you need to measure something in V4, you select a point and add a Derived Value operation, this fills in a table that you can transform into a plot with the Plot icon button, and tgen save in the report section
