Help required in running the transient fuel cell model

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a new COMSOL user. I need to run the attached model of fuel cell which is showing some errors in running. I need to use the following function Voltage= 0.7 V when time=0 to 4 secs
Voltage=0.6V with time>4 secs
I need to see the water distribution at the anode and cathode GDL and Catalyst layers. I would really be thankful for your help.
