i am tring to make a realistic 3D brain model by using comsol3.5a with matlab. I already made a brain model use the 'loft' command, but that model is not accurate enough, I know that if I use more 2D images, the geometry maybe more accurate, the problem is I will face up to a memory problem.
I find one example called ''Absorbed Radiation (SAR value) in a Human Head'' in Model Gallery, and it provide us one very good humen head model file as the type of '.mphbin', it mentions they make the model by using MRI images, but it doesn't tell the way to genearte this kind of image file.
is there anybody knows how to make a ''mphbin'' typed 3D image file, is there any special software to make it?
