Variable names definition in COMSOL

Hi,
I have a question regarding using COMSOL 4.1. I am a beginner and my case study includes the chemical engineering module as well as electrical.
I don't know how to define variable names correctly. how I can find different variable names in the COMSOL?
for example for the amount of water in a sample I found c(mol/m^3) but I don't know how to define kg of that amount of water.
if there is place in comsol that all the parameters and variable names regarding chemical engineering listed, then I would be able to define correctly. I am afraid that comsol can not understand if I define by my index.
Thanks.
