Derivative respect to a parameter

Hi everyone! I'm trying to solve photon migration problems in 2D and 3D, using te Coefficients Form PDE. I need to analyze the variation of the solution (u) respect to a parameter (a). How can I do that in COMSOL? Once I have the required derivative I can perform a "sensitivity analysis".

A good place to start is to look at the chapter "sensitivity analysis" in the Reference Manual.
