Scattering Vs Impedance Boundary Condition for Plane Wave

Hello,
I am simulating a plane wave with COMSOL 4.4. I noticed that when I use the scattering boundary condition I get a higher electric field (by a factor of 2) than when I use the impedance boundary condition. Does anybody knows why?
