Entering equations in the PDE general interface

Hello,

I am running a simulation with three coupled PDEs. When I enter all the terms in the source term, I don't get a solution. But, when I enter the terms in the conservative flux as appropriate, I get the results. For the same equations, why is there a difference in the results?
