coupling electrostatic model and model electric circuit

hi

I need to make a capacitive divider, the first capacity is modeled by the electrostatic model and the secondary capacity is modeled by the CIR model electric, for what I need to make an electrostatic coupling between the model and the CIR model .

how the coupling between the electrostatic model and the CIR model?
