Keep running into meshing errors and long runtime

I want to find the area on the device with the greatest stress and strain yet I keep running into errors and I'm not sure where to begin in solving it. I am a new user with not much in terms of resources of people who know how to use COMSOL so I have been doing this on my own for a while. I have constrainded the sides and added a load perpendicular to the surface but when I mesh the device I kepp getting errors. Any help would be appreciated.
side note: the part that it keeps saying it cannot mesh is the strontium titanate (STO) It was a user defined material since it was not in the materials library. Im sure this may have something to do with it
