Material Parameter References and Subscritpions --- seeking suggestions

Good Day, My work involves a wide variety of materials used in semiconductors and electronic packaging. Perhaps like you I've found references on the web useful but incomplete and scattered. COMSOL does of course offer a Materials Module and there are a number of subscription services out there.
Perhaps you would share your thoughts regarding reference sites and the value of your subscription services.

For my part, standard room temperature parameters are of course a must but there is an ever increasing need for good data regarding mechanical and thermal properties as functions of temperature, strain rate, age, etc.

For the vendors out there please feel free to respond but please identify your affiliation so that we may understand customer response vs. vendor response.
