Calculating heat generated during cell thermal runaway

Hello, I'd want to calculate the total heat released from a cell undergoing runaway. However when declaring the domain probe there are multiple heat released/heat rate/energy released options. Which probe selection is the most accurate for this case (to obtain the heat released in watts). Help is very much appreciated.
