How to change systems

Hi,

I wanna change the system from global to others on different points. Because the directions of loads are different, but all of them are centripetal.Which system should i choose? How to load constant force on these systems?

Take spherical system as an example, how to fill in the blanks of FA(r,theta,phi)? What i want is a constant centripetal force along X-axis.
