Hi,

anyone know how to calculate the drag coeifficient by use the post-process mode in COMSOL.

which type of boundary integration I should use? I mean pressure, viscous forces or else.

I used the impressible N-S model.

Thank you!! Please help me.

Just do an integration over reaction forces in the boundary.

F_D = int (-reacf(u_fluid))

to find drag force. The rest is easy.

Good luck

Im trying to estimate the drag force, I used the F_D = int (-reacf(u_fluid)) but I get the value zero?
can you pls comment ?
