Accessing x-axis data in 0D simulation

I am calculating a chemical reaction in 0D using the Reaction Engineering Module. To be more specific: I am using a plug-flow reactor model.
In the solver I only set the beginning and end volume (0 V_reactor) and Comsol proceeds and solves everything just fine.
My question is regarding the plotting of some results.
Basicly I just want to plot a function in dependence of the volume - f(V). Therefore I need to access the data Comsol used for the x-axis. (Usually it's Source Data: Volume with Parameter: Volume)
And this step is the point I am having trouble with... I looked through all variables I can add in the expression-windows but wasn't able to find anything related.
Thank you all very much,
Jannis
